The look and feel remains the same, with “whispers,” as the app’s posts are known, keep its simple text-over-image format. But how users can find whispers from users with the same interests has changed.
The company has also added $36 million in funding at a valuation of $200 million. Whisper has now raised $60 million since launching in 2012.
