This ‘Game of Thrones’ Intro Makeover Will Totally Get You Prepped For The New Season
Fans of HBO’s “Game of Thrones” now have a way to brush up on the events of the chaotic previous season.
Created by students in a first-year design course at ECV Aquitaine in France, this minimalist re-imagining of the show’s iconic intro gives fans an update on where their favorite characters are in Westeros.
The video shows the most important places from the series and connects them with animated versions of the house sigils, which include a crow, a wolf, a lion and, of course, a dragon. Fans will recognize the actors’ names splashed on the last location their characters appeared in third season — a factor that makes the new opening a good refresher leading into what promises to be an exciting fourth season.
The new season of “Game of Thrones” will premiere April 6.
